‘Beautiful Goods Sharing' is to donate Amorepacific’s household items and cosmetic products to social welfare facilities which accommodate our neighbors in need. In our efforts to share happiness with a greater number of people, we receive applications for donations along with the Community Chest of Korea, and use a fair evaluation process to select beneficiaries to receive goods worth 1.5 billion KRW each in the first and second half of the year.

‘Beautiful Goods Sharing’ will be open to application twice a year (Apr and Sep) and the selected site will be announced on the Amorepacific CSR portal site.
* Schedules for application and distribution of goods may change depending on circumstances.
* In case the provided goods are used for different purposes, the recipient will be excluded from further support.
* If facilities sponsored for sharing beautiful goods are reapply six months ago, they will not be selected.
(The selected applicant in the 2nd half of 2019 will not be eligible for application for the 1st half of 2020)
1. Eligibility for Application
Social welfare facilities both unregistered and officially authorized by the government.
2. Benefits
Daily necessities / Basic cosmetic products for women/Etc.
Amorepacific will provide a notification about specific information about the types of goods and scale of support in advance.

※ The selected applicant in the 2nd half of 2019 will not be eligible for application for the 1st half of 2020.
4. Criteria for Recipient Selection
- Priority

- Social welfare facilities for women are considered as top priority among all social welfare facilities (including temporary shelters)
- Facilities which need urgent support due to unexpected accidents or natural disasters
- Social welfare facilities which need support preferentially after the review of application history for the support of Community Chest of Korea
- N.B
- If the application is made by two or more facilities which are located in the same site and operated under the same corporation (with the identical business registration numbers), only one facility will be selected as a recipient.
- The selected applicant will be excluded from support,

- if the selected applicant is a religious facility operated by the government or municipal government
- if the goods are sold for commercial purposes at fairs, bazaars and etc.
- if the goods are used for the purposes of publicity of the organization or facility
- if the goods are for the volunteers or general public
- if the goods are used for external events
- if the purpose of the use of goods are not clarified
- if the results reports are not submitted or the intent for the use of goods is not righteous
- in other cases similar to the examples mentioned above
- if the selected applicant has a previous record of non-compliance with the responsibility to submit a receipt and results report after receiving goods,
5. Request for Cooperation and Cautions

- In principle, all goods supported by Amorepacific will be delivered via courier and the organization(recipient) is required to pay for the delivery fee.
- The plans mentioned above may change according to circumstances of Amorepacific and Community Chest of Korea.
- Cautions

- If the goods are used for profit or personal purposes instead of being used for the facility users (e.g: personal possession or gifting to family and friends), the organization will be restricted from receiving any form of support (cash/goods) from Community Chest of Korea (including its 17 branches).
